# Defining Investment Limits

Add limits to how much people can invest.

Before publishing your investment proposal - you can limit how many people can co-invest as well as how much each person can invest. Note that 99 is the max number of investors. This limit is placed to ensure that you do not violate a variety of SEC Security regulations int he US.<br>
