You can use Foundation to pool money for a particular property or just an idea and decide on the particular property later.

If you publish an investment proposal without an exact location, the co-investors will decide on the exact location after the proposal has been fully funded. Each co-investor will be able to propose a property and then the group can vote to decide on which property to actually attempt to buy.

To add a location click the Add Location button. From there you can add a general location (example - South Austin) or if you have a particular property in mind - an exact address.
