# How To Create A Search Party

#### How To Create A Search Party <a href="#how-to-create-a-search-party" id="how-to-create-a-search-party"></a>

You can create a Search Party by navigating to the <mark style="color:purple;">`Home`</mark> page and clicking the <mark style="color:purple;">`Create Search Party`</mark> button. From there, all you have to do is enter 3 pieces of information:

* **Title -** This will be the eventual title of your investment proposal. Don’t worry too much about getting the title right at this stage - you can always edit it later.
* **Brief Description -** Briefly describe what you are going to be proposing this search party acquire. This should not be more than one or two sentences long. You will be able to add a lot more detail later on.
* **Search Party Wallet (optional) -** The process of working with a group to decide what type of property you want to buy, how much rent it will pull in, etc. can sometime come result in some small expenses (example - a Rentometer subscription to figure out how much a property can be rented for). If you and your Search Party collaborators would like to start pulling together a bit of money to cover these initial expenses you can attach a crypto wallet (we recommend Gnosis), Venmo account or Collctive account.
